ARC qPCR

PRIVACY NOTICE

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. The essentials

ARC qPCR is a private-beta research service. We use information only where it is needed to provide the service, protect access, respond to users, and improve the beta.

2. Information we handle

This may include information you send through our website forms, the email address used to access the private beta, basic security information, and qPCR files you choose to upload.

Uploaded files are processed to provide the analysis you request. ARC qPCR does not currently provide a permanent project library, so please keep your original files and any downloaded reports that matter to your work.

3. How information is used

We use information to operate ARC qPCR, keep the service secure, troubleshoot problems, provide support, and understand how the beta can be improved.

We do not sell personal information, use uploaded research data for advertising, or automatically add users to marketing lists.

Established service providers support areas such as secure access, hosting, and email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services.

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, security, support, or legal requirements.

4. Your choices

You can stop using the private beta at any time. You can also clear ARC qPCR browser data, including the small record that remembers your Terms acceptance.

For privacy questions or concerns, please contact us through the ARC qPCR website—we’ll do our best to help. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s independent privacy regulator, for independent advice or support.
